Shaders issue.
So I have been searching all over the web for a solution to my shaders issue, and havent really found anyone with this kind of issue yet, I'm not sure if there is a solution out there currently for this.
I have went through my entire settings list enabled and disabled things and lowered render distance, turned on and off anti aliesing, fast math options, ect. I made sure to remove any kind of texturepack available, I know all of my drivers are up to date. I have the proper specs for it.

Optifine: 1.19 HD_U_H9
Shaders: SEUS Renewed v1.0.1
Opperating system: Windows 10
I have infact tried other shaders other than this one and all share the same issue, there is no temp fix for this problem, atleast that I have found, yet. I have attempted other solutions to similar problems, blocks going invisible, or blocks becoming solid black, but none of them helped my issue.
