For the past few days I haven't been posting skins because I'm learning how to shade and hue shift (all of that kind of stuff) and I was wondering if you, the people of pmc think that I should make a resource pack using what I've learned. If you vote then you are an official Muffin.

I'm planning on starting with 16x16 and if it turns out well then I will increase my red to 32x32 and so on. I will probably just make a resource pack kind of like default first, so I don't know what style that is, but at some point im gonna make a modern and a medieval
Sure! I looked at your skins and you seem to have that down! If you do make one then don't feel bad if you don't make the best one, because it's your first time. Personally, I am excited to see one from you!
