Okay, silly question time.

I am just about finished with a resource pack, and would like to be sure that I submit it properly. I have read through the rules concerning.content, etc., and as far as I can tell my pack is in compliance with them.

What is the process for actually submitting the pack? Do I create a compressed file and upload it to my cloud site, and post the link? Where, exactly, do I post it? If I want to include a few sceenshots in a preview, how should/ where should they be posted?

Do I need to submit the pack to a moderator for approval first?

Sorry if these are noob questions for any experienced folks out there, but then, well, in this case I'm a noob
