I want to make a new texture pack but i don't know what to make. If you cant or dont know how to make a texture pack you could ask me! Also keep it x16 if i were to make a HD texture pack it would be a long time and i might get bored after awhile.

Start of with a simplistic one first THEN do a rpg one to get used to texturepacks.
I already have made a simplistic texture pack check out my account

If you want to get a lot of downloads and views, make your texture pack something that YOU will like! If you don't like it, nobody will.
Maybe make a space or futuristic one
