so i am making a texture pack for a gun server but i dont have a clue about a texture pack editor im a god skinner so i know how to edit a texture pack but i need an editor for a mac osx first.

Use iDraw it's in the app store
Use GIMP. That's what I use and it's a professional-grade program for free.
