Texture Glitches?
So I've been trying to make a new texture pack for personal use (may release it later, not too sure) and ive been experiencing glitches with my exp bar, beds. and doors.. does anyone know how to fix this?

http://gyazo.com/2d0a0b2e7cb90f3fb1120b35aa06b244 this is mainly what im talking about, the corners in the gui files arent even filled. they're completely transparent but yet it does this. the beds is the usual side -snip- up, and the doors just being wonky on which side of the texture it shows( like whether it should be reverse judging on the rotation of the texture and the door or not)
