I'm looking for a 16 x 16 quality, spaceship themed texture pack; however, not too many bright colours.
Any suggestions for a quality pack of this kind would be great.

Otherwise there are numerous Star Wars packs, the most famous is Yokolio's. I don't like them but they may be what you're looking for

Not exactly 'spaceship-themed', but SMP's 2263 is a neat sci-fi pack.
Many of the textures could be quite at home in a spaceship.
