Hey, everyone! I'm working on a 16x16 texture pack and I have come across a small snag... I'm not very good at large pixel art.
Therefore, I have come here to find one of you that would be willing to make me some pixel art for the paintings in my texture pack! The pack is slightly cartoonish, using the same basic color scheme as the default pack and uses the same slight shading as my skins, I would like my painting pixel art to follow the same description if possible. I have already completed all pixel paintings 2x1 and below, so please only offer if you are willing to do the large pieces.
If you are interested, complete all paintings sizes above size 2x1 and message me privately with your submission. The winner's pixel art will be used in my upcoming texture pack, with all proper credit given of course.
If you post the completed art for this request publicly in this thread, I will not use it.
If you are chosen after submitting the texture pack art to me for use in my texture pack, you forfeit the rights to use the same art in any of your future texture packs. All pixel art must be original.

In the original post, it says that this pack is a 16x16 pack.
it should still go... especially if its Cartoony/Comic
If I wanted the 16x16 default, I would not be here asking for original art.
You need help for paintings? Just scale down some royalty free pictures (if your using paint.net change Smooth to Pixel) And it'll look good
Problem being that there's no knowing what is actually "royalty free" since so many things are stolen... I want original art from someone willing to do the paintings.

I don't really have any specific ideas, that's kind of why I'm requesting some artist's help here. If you would like to help, you could do the paintings and I'll see which one I like best. Perhaps I should turn this into a contest for "best large texture pack paintings wins"?

I can do the smallest paintings. The ones I'm having trouble with is everything larger than 2x1 paintings, since I have done all those already. If you do decide to take on this project, that style of art would be perfect for my pack, I think.
