It's near impossible to ID a shader. Nearly any shader would give you the same effect. just pick one for the version of MC you're using and try it out.
What Shader is it???
They're both the default pack; however, he's also using a shader pack of some type to add all of the shadows. These are modded shaders and not the default Minecraft shaders introduced recently.
