Texture Pack Help Needed

Can someone please make me a texture for a custom sword? I need help. Please.
DETAILS:
The sword needs to be visually distinct from the other swords. The basic thing about this sword is that it should be like a flaming light saber of sorts. It should be like a glowy spinning rod with some effects/particles rotating around it. And, the blade needs to be sleek.
Can someone plssss make such a texture for me. I will be grateful to them for ages to come :)
