I always used novaskin to make mob textures and was able to figure out some of the newer mobs like parrots, but in 1.12 they changed the horse texture and I can't just edit the flat texture anymore. Is there an other pack maker where I can just "Draw" on the mobs in 1.13, or for now in 1.12 and will update to 1.13. I think novaskin is still in 1.6
