Texture Pack Template

Hello!
I want to make a texture pack, edits with all the new textures, but I can't find the base textures.
I know all the file locations for resource packs, but I need the original game textures. I can't take a full pack and edit that, because those packs have edited the textures. I want the raw files.
I'll be using NovaSkin, which is why I'm asking. It's stuck on 1.10, but I can't find a better free platform for ChromeOS, which is what I'm on.
If anyone has/knows a pack with unedited textures for 1.16/1.17, please let me know. I could credit you when the pack eventually finishes.

my friend actually has a base template that i use, i can add you on discord and send you the file. i think its only the textures up to 1.16.2 so far though, my discord is FishStacks#6132
