Texture Pack won't work~Please help!

Help! I need anyone to answer this. My texture pack won't show up on my Texture Packs option on Minecraft. I see it when I look in my folder, but when I look on Minecraft it isn't there. They just disappear. Help please!

Goto search and search troubleshooting for not workin texture packs
Does the texture pack have a pack.png? Or a pack.txt file? If not, this will make it not show up..
have you unzipped the texture pack? If you have not you need to use a program like winrar or 7zip and extract the files to a new folder. Then put it in the texture pack folder. Hope this helps!
