Good thing for that is to download it (don't open them) and then upload it to this: https://www.virustotal.com/ and you can also scan URLS with it as well i dont think this is classed as advertising i hope not at least as im just trying to help
download link is safe, as safe as mediafire gets .zip file containing minecraft textures compiled into a resource pack,
