Create a server Video!!

I am fairly new to the video creating. I used to create videos when I was like 12 but now that I am older (19) I would like to get into creating a successful YouTube channel. I am Co-Owner on a server and I would like to make a video/ Trailer for the server, but I am not quite sure how to capture everything in the best way possible. anyone willing to help me please let me know. if you know of any professionals that I could hire for no more than 30$ let me know!
