Im just wondering if anybody here has any tips for starting up a YouTube channel.
I already have some channel art for myself and now I am just wondering what else I need to make my channel better?
Should I get an intro/outro?
I am new to youtube so any tips you guys can give me would be much appreciated!

The thing with intro's and outro's on gaming type channels is that every channel has one now and they all look the same! I have just got a new intro but although it's ok for now I want something more unique to stand out. I would not rush in to having an intro, take your time and make sure it stands out. I like it but it's very similar to other minecraft YouTubers so not sure if I will keep it.
The other thing I would do is try to reply to any comments you can do on your videos. I have found this helpful in getting other friends of subscribers to subscribe to me as well
