Anyone can be a Youtube partner if they monetize their videos But that's only the very basic features of partnership. To unlock the banners, links etc you have to meet the requirements of one of the partnership networks such as Machinima, TGN (scammers), TGS, RPM etc

Well, one, I've not tried to put anyone down - I was simply pointing out that pointing out the fact that you're a girl makes you seem like you're trying to get more attention, as that's what generally happens to girl-gamers. Two, don't get butt-hurt, over something that doesn't have anything do to with you.
