The audio is horrible because its a livestream. Every livestream will have horrible quality unless you have EXTREMELY expensive technology.

This is untrue, all you require is a stable internet connection and a semi decent microphone, A set of turtle beach P11's aren't overly expensive and give great sound quality. It is not the fact that it is a livestream at all .
