I Need Help...
Hello Everyone.
So, back in August I created my own Youtube Channel, dedicated to Minecraft Let's Plays from our SMP Server called BlokBusterz... My channel received some minor traffic (65 subscribers) since then... I'm going through a dry spell with my videos. I put in a ton of effort in making these videos, and I've noticed recently a drop in views, likes, and overall viewer interaction....
I want to take my Youtube Channel to the next level, I'm very passionate about Minecraft and Youtube but I'm unsure of what to do. Should I start my own Let's Play and put out something that's completely original?
I do understand that Youtube is flooded with Minecraft LPers and it's difficult to "go big" anymore.... but at the same time, I've been told by multiple people that they were surprised when they saw i had so few subscribers....
I'm not begging for anyone's subscription, but If you would just watch a few videos and give me some feedback on what I can do to improve....

Ah. Agreed. I miss the old Youtube....
I will look into it, thanks.
I will look into it, thanks.
Quick tip. If you know how change the layout of your channel. Instead of just a huge feed of videos you uploaded and videos you liked maybe rearrange it so that some Playlists are visible and even have a channel trailer play when a unsubscribed person goes to your channel. Really nice vids though
Hey Guys, Seriously, first off, thanks for the replies.
And thanks for the feedback! I will soak it all in and see what I can come up with!

Hey Timber,
Don't give up and don't get frustrated. To me, it sounds like you're measuring your success in how many people are subscribing to your videos. Don't do that. Focus on making quality content, and having fun with posing your content. Get active on Twitter, Facebook, and other sources and converse with people. Actually talk to them about think you're interested in. Do searches for terms like #minecraft on Twitter and try to talk to people. Don't even talk about your videos, your YouTube page, or anything else. The reality is, if people like you, they'll follow you. If they follow you, they may start watching your stuff. With the YouTube scene being so saturated, people will find this very refreshing, considering most people are doing nothing but going "COME LOOK AT ME! I'M AWESOME! SUPERKEWLZ STUFFZ HERE! LOLZ." Seriously, who wants to follow that guy? Nobody. He doesn't care about me. He just wants me to go boost his numbers.
Check out some of the top Minecraft streamers on Twitch sometime. Most of them are literally just building things, and talking to people who are asking them questions. What you should observe from this is these guys are focused on their audience, not themselves.
I hope this helps you. Most importantly, remember that you should be having fun. I did a series of tutorials for the photo editor Gimp a while back, and am quickly coming up on 5,000 subscribers all because I focused on the people. You can do the same.
