I personally wasn't able to find any good free ones when I was looking. If possible, I would recommend you invest a bit of money in buying Fraps, since it will save you the hassle that always comes with free programs. If not, I know a little internet searching will yield several free options. Good luck getting them to work though. Good luck in general.
