Need Spawn Builder

I've recently started a brand new server and am in need of spawn builders. If you are interested in helping then please just fill out the 5 simple questions below. We want the server to be vanilla survival, but community building can be built in creative mode. I'll give you more info on the server on Steam if you're accepted.
