I agree you should upload often but other than that your videos are in nice quality, To tell you truth 1080p and 720p isnt much of difference thats why I don't use 1080p anymore www.youtube.com/PandaExtremeGaming
Uploading videos a little more often might help. Maybe twice a week? Also, consider expanding and doing videos on other games. Happy Wheels maybe? Getting a established intro might help you in the long run as well. My biggest tip is not saying um as much. You say it way too much.
