From experience, if no one knows what you do or why they should follow you, your chances of being followed are very close to none. I'd suggest posting some example videos if you want to get people interested. Most people don't just follow randoms on Twitter.
Also, if you aren't going to post links to your Twitter/Youtube page and want people to just find you, you're also going to cut down on the number of people that actually check you out. Include the links you want others to visit if you want them to check you out or follow you on Twitter.
