Weird server error

First I'll tell you that my hamachi server works fine

BUT
when minecraft 1.4.6 came out I started building on a map
and I want that map in my server
but if I place it in my server folder (the server properties are fine) and I will go to my minecraft, he says: "Old" and I can't connect

is my map too old or something ?
and how can I fix it ?
