For the past few months i've been putting out everything i've found to be popular, Hunger games, Raids, Gaming mixes, Trolling videos. But i haven't been getting the Views/subscriptions i was hoping for. I have just about everything i need, including a partnership request i turned down, but i just don't know what im doing wrong. 1. Stop thinking that youtube is easy and you will just have 1000 subs after a month.
2. You are copying everyone else and what they are doing, so, you aren't doing anything unique so people don't want to watch you videos.
3. I've been on youtube for 2 years and only have 109 subs and 43,000 views.
4. You have to show people that you are constantly entertaining and show the uniqueness that would make people want to subs and constantly watch your youtube videos.
5. You aren't just going to put out one video and it's going to blow up and you'll be super popular.
6. Try spreading your channel around to get some publicity but not in a annoying way.
7. Yes, you should be a little older.
8. Consider you may not be cut out for commentary.
9. Never leave boring blank parts in videos where you aren't saying anything or just running around being silent. That will make people leave your videos because it's boring.
10. Have fun. Make the kind of videos that you will find funny and don't try to copy anyone else or their personality. Be yourself, because there 7 billion people on earth and thousands of them are just like you and have the same sense of humor as yourself. So, if you keep being yourself and not coping other youtube channels, like you already are, those people will find you when you try to spread your channel.

Your problem is that you think that youtubing is easy... you need to put videos out regularly to keep people subscribed. and I think you need to be older to get people intrested in your content. So it's not the quality of your content you haven't doing anything wrong. I hope this helped even a little.
