Story...
Welcome to the futuristic city of Datimistic, where someone with just the right tools can hack into your brain... and destroy all of your memories. In this digital city, there are three prevailing groups: Live/life Industries, which provide not only digital weapons but also data retrieval services for those affected by said weapons; The Federal Data Investigative Bureau, who are usually known as "the Officials" and handle major data crimes; and the Bugly:P Rebels, who try to free the world's data from Officials whose protocol chips were corrupted by an experimental agent chip gone amok. These officials are known by Bugly:P and the media as Malware Agents, and are highly intelligent and dangerous. They can plan bank heists as if they were planning a single chess move, look into your memories with a single stare, and destroy whole lines of code from digital protectors with a snap of the fingers. Live/life has a special program to help this, however: Life/hack. Life/hack, known by Officials as Data Based Simulator, is used by Live/life, Bugly:P, and the FDIB to easily edit and destroy data by recreating it as a city scene and putting the user inside. It is also used in combat, to dodge, transport, and escape attack. It is a very dangerous weapon, which the Malware Agents cannot use. This, perhaps, is the only way the Officials, Live/life, and Bugly:P can obtain the upper hand against them. But if they locate and somehow destroy the Source Code Output System, then all data is doomed... and possibly, humanity...

security warded off the Rebels and Alex lived a normal life. When he turned 20 he had had enough training from his parents, and he started his job at the FDIB. He was given a Taurus Model 85 and sent to the shooting range. He shot all the targets in a minute. Wasn't the best, lots of people could do better. The FDIB trained him, trained him better then he had already been trained. Agent Vinod, he was called. It was because of his Russian heritage.

Agent Vinod walked down the street. His earpiece in and his glasses on. He had his Taurus Model 85 holstered. It was hidden so the civilians wouldn't scream. He saw a hacker near an ATM trying to steal credit card data. He ran into an alley and climbed the wall. When he was on the roof he grabbed a small tranquilizer dart and put it into his pen, that wasn't really a pen. He pressed a button and shot the hacker. He threw the tranquilizer dart into the alleyway and leaped down next to the collapsed body. He picked it up and called in some more Agents, this was the first day on the job. Vinod was a natural at his job.
7 YEARS LATER
Agent Vinod leaped over the table and pulled it down. He was using it for cover, he pulled out his Kracker ShotGun (KSG). It was a modified shotgun that only he had. Very powerful at close range, but at the point. Hackers were holding Phase SMG's trying to shoot through the table. Several Lasers got through but Vinod jumped over the table and shot the Hackers. He was shot in the arm a couple times but his body armor was vital-producing. So his arm mended together. Vinod ran over to one and sliced his neck open with his machete. Then he shot the others down. Covered in blood, Vinod called in agents to clean up the mess.

Pretty epic.... however, that's more of a post than a backstory. Please explain things about your character like where he came from, why he joined the Officials, if anything happened in his life that was important.

This is like remember me. Maybe I'll join... Maybe I won't.... Depends.... On how I feel....
Somewhat based of of Remember Me. The game reminded me of this idea, originally a book idea in which a virus made by Bugly:P destroyed half of the world's data (the book didn't have Malware Agents because Bugly:P was the antagonistic group.) There was also no amnesia device, and Live/life Industries was not mentioned by name, so I kinda developed the idea a bit.
I'll see how it goes at first and apply a little later, I'm still not sure about this RP yet.
