Adding GPU to computer question
So my friend only has an old HP laptop and a mac, but wants to play some windows only games with me. He says the laptop is out of the picture because it runs to slowly and doesn't want to buy a new computer. However, I have an old HP desktop from about 2 years ago with an AMD A8 processor, 8 gigs of ram, and I'm not to sure about the other components. If my friend were to buy a cheap graphics card, like an nvidia gt 650, what kind of frame rates would he expect in a game like battlefield 4 or H1N1? Would the CPU bottleneck the GPU? Also just for a small comparison, when I played minecraft on that PC, it got about 30-50 fps and around 60 with optifine.
Also the PC has integrated graphics (I think Radeon 7540D)

The CPU will be a bottleneck, but getting something like a 650 (or 750/750 Ti since the computer's PSU probably can't handle a 650) will still give a huge performance boost.
