Welcome To Amesile’s Recruitment Post!
Introduction
Welcome to Amesile’s recruitment thread! It’s apparent you’re interested in joining the because simply because you’ve clicked the link! Let’s get right down to it! Here’s the inspiration behind the game, and a little about what the game itself is! The inspiration: “I haven’t had the chance to make a multiplatform game for a long time, and till’ I discovered the JSFML library for Java it didn’t seem like much of a reality. This along with the realization that the “roguelike” gaming genre was slowly dying, lead me to develop the idea for the game you’ve come to know as “Amesile”! The game itself is based off of the popular “Pokemon Mystery Dungeon” (roguelike RPG) and “Realm Of The Mad God” games. The game falls into the following general categories: Medieval/Fantasy based Apocalypse. The game will feature a variety of game modes (Including: Multiplayer Mode, Freeplay, and Single Player) which basically function as public (or private) servers dedicated to the game & it’s players. Amesile’s Official MMO Server will be available to all, but the game itself (as previously mentioned) will include software allowing users to create private/public servers on a variety of networks (This includes LAN!). Obviously, the Amesile’s game will include Single Player mode, for the soloist, or a person with no access to the internet.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Why do we need help?
For obvious reason, we’re not going to be fully staffed as soon as we begin development, which is why we’re allowing a handful of developers, graphic artists/pixel artists, musicians, and content designers to join us in our attempt (and hopeful success) to create a hit game! If we were to tackle the project alone, it would be poor.
Application Process
Basically, all we ask of an applicant is that you list your general area(s) of ways you could help us, what you believe you can uniquely bring to the game, and what it is you think makes the game good or bad (so far), and BE SPECIFIC!
Programmers: It is in the Java programming language.

I'm a great Java developer, but when it comes to games I'm more experienced with the LWJGL library.
Sounds Cool
