Hi ! I want to build a PC, can you please make me a parts list?
What is this computer going to be used for?
Gaming, Internet browsing, watching movies. I may do unity in the future.
What is your budget?
1200 USD.
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
I live in the U.S., and I do have a microcenter near me.
What is included in the budget?
The tower, operating system, keyboard, mouse, monitor.
Will you be overclocking?
Yes I will, but I am a beginner, so not too hard.
What OS do you want?
Windows 10 OEM, please.
Any specific case preferences?
I would like a case with a red/black theme, and a side window.
Any other special features that you want in the build?
I would like an ssd of 120gb+ if you can fit it into the budget, a hdd of at least 1tb, I don't need an optical drive, and I have a external wireless networking card

What CaptainMurica wrote looks beautiful, but I suggest an i7 if you're going all out.
I really wanted to fit an i7-6700K in, but with the other requests he had I couldn't fit it in the budget. OP, you can probably squeeze in a 6700K if you drop the SSD.
For the case I'd defiantly get a NZXT 630 Phantom with a red light strip in it. I use that it's an amazing case.

Intel is releasing its new CPUs in a few days, so I put in placeholders for a CPU and motherboard for now. The rumored MSRP of the i5-6600K is $225, but Micro Center always sells CPUs for less than MSRP. With a Micro Center CPU/motherboard combo deal, you can usually get a good Z170 board for around $100 to $120, but I set the budget at $150 just to be safe.

Go on a website like ironsidecomputers. They can easily get what you want in your budget.
Why would OP go to that? He has a microcenter nearby for one and building one would be much better.
