What is your budget?
Include amount and currency.
~675euros
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?

No and no
What is included in the budget?
Things like the tower, the OS, peripherals and monitors.
Tower
Will you be overclocking?
Overclocking will require different hardware than a non-overclocking build so we need to know this.
Yes
Will you be reusing any parts?
If you are reusing parts list them here.
Mouse and Keyboard
What OS do you want?
Say which OS you want or say if you already have a copy of one.

I looked at WTFShady's build, and I improved it a little. When I went on the website, I couldn't find that RAM priced at that pricepoint, so I changed it.
However, if I were you, I would convince your friend to order from the UK. They have a much larger selection of parts than the parts in Germany, and you can often get them for cheaper. As long as shipping isn't too expensive (e.g. you live somewhere like France, Spain, possibly the northern countries) you may be able to get the same or better hardware for the same or less price.

I wouldn't waste that money on that small of a SSD. Could then bump the cpu up to a i3 and drop the cooler. Then when OP gets more money, he could invest into a new and better CPU. (i5/i7)
The thing is that the OP wanted an overclocking build + an SSD, that's why I put those two in. You can also do what Killertoad said and get an i3 and going for an overclockable CPU later.
Thanks for your time and help.
You said you wanted RAID, any specific reasons?
If you have an SSD, RAID 0 is not necessary.
RAID 1 is to basically have 2 copies of all data on 2 harddrives.
Remember, Raid uses multiple harddrives or ssd's.

That was the default text in italics, he only wants an SSD.
hehe, whoops, didn't notice that.

My friend rembered that he still had an old Moniter he could use could you make a new build with that money put into other components.
well. dont wortry about that. just the I5 will hold you back a little.
The i5 is much better than the AMD processor for gaming, don't spread false information.
My friend already has Windows 8.1. I hardly belive he'll buy a new Windows 7
i will just say downgrade to windows 7 or something. and go for AMD instead of intel I5
