Minecraft modded/Flows HD/Servers, Skyrim running full graf/modded, sims4 modded, civilizations, wow, some other stuff but thats the most of it..
What is your budget?
Between $500-$1500 USD
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
US and limited to best buy or online anywhere

Laptop preferably because I am super limited on space..

Wifi is a def, Camera built in is nice but not needed, and something that has a good fan on it to keep it semi cool work do well, I can buy a laptop fan for extra cooling

I've gathered from the replies That No One Likes People Who Types Like This, and that's overkill for any business and you probably are just a troll/bragging about your computer. If you can't determine what it's capable of from knowing the specs without asking someone else, you shouldn't be trusted to handle such expensive devices.
you bring up a good point, if its for work he should be trained in what ever program he uses which then he should know what specs he needs instead of asking on a minecraft forum. Anyone who still believes this kid is just as dumb as this kid trying to fool us.

I have a Intel core i5 with 3,30GHz, a Nvidia GeForce GT 530 and 6Gb RAM and get about 130-210 FPS

Well to be fair, I worked at a place that had 5 servers serving about 80 employees.
most of the stuff was for data storage cuz they had to keep client records for like 10 years.
the primary server had a 12 core xeon (or maybe 2xXeons with 6cores..) but task manager came out with 24 threads, and the server itself had 32gb of ram sooo... people Do need computers like this in actual businesses but.. probably not w/e he's refering to
and on a side note:

I couldn't get used to the fact the start menu no longer doubled as a run box.
I couldn't figure out how to turn it off the first day i had it, so for the next 3 months never bothered to learn xD (run box + "shutdown /p")

I already did buy this I built this....... but yeah i do 3d redering and run a 200 player minecraft server?
You should be able to play any game in 4K
And be able to video edit and record.
