You'll have to buy more, you'll probably want 8. Although 4 would most likely do fine for you.

Clock speed doesn't always matter? It matters more about architecture.

You can't really get good CPU + MOBO with just £100. One or the other.

You can get good motherboards for <£100, but for CPU it would be FX-8320 or equivalent at best.

I suggest to save up for a better computer.
