Computer Upgrade Help

Hello Everyone,
I own an Advent DT2111, which is absolutely amazing for Minecraft. Here are the specs:
Intel Core i5-2320 3.0Ghz CPU
8GB Ram
2 TB HDD
AMD HD6670 Graphics Card
This is all well and good for Minecraft, but when I try to play on other games, my FPS takes a huge hit.
So..
My question is what component should I upgrade to fix it? I heard from some people that I need a new CPU, and other people a new Graphics Card. I also need to know if this Graphics Card will fit, the EVGA GF GTX 650Ti 2GB SSC Graphics Card.

Yeah, what Zemor said, but i'd also recommend upgrading your CPU, not necessarily to an i7, but maybe just a newer i5. However upgrading to an i7 with the new GPU should MASSIVELY increase your performance
The GPU is what you need to aim for. The 650ti you listed is good, but I would really recommend going for a 660ti. Sure, it is a good deal higher, but the performance is great.
Of course, you must watch out for bottlenecks. I recommend doing some research into that.
