You can not overclock with that build (H97 isnt an overclocking motherboard) and 3tb of storage is pretty overkill.

Is this better?

I have left you tons of money to purchase a monitor, keyboard and mouse of your choice.

You do not need a sound card as your motherboard will have excellent on-board sound support. and if you feel you want you can change the 780ti to an R9 290X or R9 290, as I prefer nvidia I have added a top of the line nvidia card in there for you.

Why the 4770k instead of the 4790k? For gaming a 4690k will be more.
Why the H80i and not a h100i?
An outdated non-overclocking motherboard for an overclocking build? What?
16 GBs of RAM is overkill for gaming plus you can get 16GBS of RAM cheaper.
Spend the extra for a 250GB SSD
The 780ti is not worth the price for gaming. The 290x is much cheaper with only slightly less performance but either are overkill for 1080p gaming. OP should wait at least until the 900 series is released.
A full tower case is not really necessary.
This budget should have at least a 80+ Gold PSU.
You should get a better wifi adapter at this budget.

What is this computer going to be used for?
List what you will be doing with your computer.
What is your budget?
Include amount and currency.
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
Your country lets us know what sites you can order from. If you have a nearby Microcenter they have some great in-store only deals that you can take advantage of.
What is included in the budget?
Things like the tower, the OS, peripherals and monitors.
Will you be overclocking?
Overclocking will require different hardware than a non-overclocking build so we need to know this.
Will you be reusing any parts?
If you are reusing parts list them here.
What OS do you want?
Say which OS you want or say if you already have a copy of one.
Any specific case preferences?
Size, color, etc.
Any other special features that you want in the build?
Stuff like an SSD, large hard drive, RAID, and wifi

Fill that out so we can help you. Why do you have 2 CPU coolers? You won't even need an aftermarket one if you aren't overclocking. That motherboard is extremely overpriced, that 290 is overpriced if you aren't doing any major overclocking, you don't need a full tower case (especially from Rosewill), that power supply is larger than you need (and the RM line isn't too good), and what Shad said is true, sound cards are useless.

I also see you like Razer, let this be a reason not to purchase from them in addition to not-so-quality hardware.

Sound cards are pointless. They don't provide any audio quality boost over integrated audio (and in most cases provide worse audio).

And, that motherboard is pretty expensive. I use a (then $114) Asus Z87-A and it works great.

I would suggest not deciding on the GPU until the new generation comes out, which in the case of NVIDIA is in a few days.
