What games do you want to play on the PC? Get a wii u dude... #Wii U master race, jk.
I suggest you pay an extra $40 or so for this 4k monitor: http://www.amazon.com/Dell-Monitor-P2415Q-24-Inch-LED-Lit/dp/B00PC9HFNY/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1430780950&sr=8-2&keywords=dell+4k+monitor
The 4K monitor you selected is a crappy TN panel.

One little addition that would make quite a bit of difference, try to get a solid state drive (SSD) for windows, it will make your computer a lot faster and won't cost too much for a small one. I'm guessing you will be using Windows 8.1, and a 128GB solid state drive would work well for main files and windows files, (60GB would be the minimum, but 128GB is much more realistic). By 'main files' I mean applications and games, then store picture/video/misc files on your hard drive. A good cheap 128GB solid state drive can be found here: http://www.ebuyer.com/387080-sandisk-pu ... p-128g-g25
The Sandick Pulse features a good read speed of 480mb/s and a write speed of 380mb/s, which compared to the average speed of 95.1MB/s for the Seagate, it is a lot.
Hope I helped.
