So, I was wondering what kind of components you would need to make the ideal Mine Craft computer (which means its suited for about everything else) Any ideas for the ideal combination?
- I now have my server hosted on a budget kit computer (AMD FX6300 (3.5 GHz), 8 GB Ballistix RAM, AMD Radeon HD 6570, etc etc.) Cause it takes too much processing power on my now 3,5 year old laptop (AMD A6-3400 (1.5 GHZ), 4GB RAM, Radeon HD 6520G). Tis still a good budget gaming laptop, but its not good for bukkit server running, minecraft playing, and Pandora Listening at the same time (Don't get me started on the HD Rendering software.)

This seems pretty good... I added the 4770k for hyperthreading and I added a ssd because (lets be truthful) mechanical hard drives are so slow (you could add another 3tb hard drive if your feeling overkill). This will be great at rendering and will smash the benchmarks at any game. If you can pick up a copy, I recommend windows home premium instead of windows 8 pro (protip). A second monitor could also be an option if you need one. The motherboard isn't my favorite so that is swapable and I'm a big corsair fanboy so you could change the power supply/case/ram/cooler out.

He doesn't need a k CPU, overclocking motherboard, or a CPU cooler as he is not overclocking. He also wants mass storage and windows 8 is absolutely fine.
That amount of storage does seem a bit overkill. In fact, the whole rig seems a bit overkill for minecraft and image editing, but if you are happy to spend this amount on a computer then i guess thats your prerogative.

You'll want to use your SSD for recording, and fraps is horrible for recording. It used to be good, then other better ones came out. Mirillis Action has a better picture, and smaller recording size. And if you're getting a Nvidia GPU, you won't be using Fraps anyways. You'll be using shadowplay, which beats everything else. I'd still get Action for recording OpenGL games, as shadowplay only does DirectX games.

No overclocking, and either or, Operating systems can be found quite easily online, unless if I were to be legal, I would have to do some research on Ubuntu (depending If I can fork a measly hundred bucks into a windows 7 ultimate edition if they still have any on site.)

Do you mean that you already have a monitor and OS? And will you be overclocking?
As GPUs go, the new GTX 750 Ti is a very powerful budget card that doesn't even require a 6-pin connector.
The computer that you are hosting your server on sounds like it should run it okay. If you are looking for a new build, what is your budget, do you plan on overclocking and will you be playing games other than minecraft.
Quad gtx titans, You know them special motherboards that support two cpu's well two 8 core i7's don't know what brand, 32Gb ram 5Tb ram Shouuuuuuuuld be able to run minecraft on Medium settings.

Oh jeez, I thought dual processor motherboards are for servers, I'm not running a powerhouse in my house just yet. Also, with that immense of graphics cards and raw processing power, Minecraft should run like a breeze.

Ah, completely forgot about the budgets, as long its over 1K and its not going to be as near as some of the machines running at 3K (at which then if it exceeds 4K, I might as well set up a server with a RAID 5 config) .
