today i have come to report and try to fix a bug. this certain bug does not let me install any apps and it makes me very angry. i hope we can find a fix

Connect your phone to your computer, go to iTunes, and connect to iCloud, and download whatever app you want through that, and it should automatically download to your phone. If there is still a problem, check if you have enough storage to do it.
If that doesn't work, go to a website and download the zip file for iOS 8.1/8.2 and, right click the downgrade button on iTunes, select the zip file of the version you downloaded, and then it will download 8.1/8.2 on your phone, and then try it.
If neither of them work, I have no clue. Contact Apple's horrible support.

Give more detail, Like screenshoots, (Home + power button) details and etc.
i try to log into to my apple id and it just chrashes when i tap sign in
Where are you trying to log in? Game center? app store? itunes store?
Its probably becouse your out of space, the new iOS updates are f*kin big
i still have 4 gigs
What does PMC have to do with this?
