What is this computer going to be used for?
I will be playing CoD: AW and Minecraft. I will also be recording (maybe) and of course editing.
What is your budget?
$1,300 USD
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
I do have a Microcenter near by.
What is included in the budget?
The monitors and the keyboard & mouse are included in the budget.
Will you be overclocking?
I will not be overclocking, but that might change in the future.

I already have a copy of Windows 8.1

Ever so slightly breaks the budget before you send in rebates. If you want the base price under $1200, don't buy the disc drive until you get the rebate money.

If you are at 1080p a 970 will handle everything you through at it and the build has the capability to SLI with another one which will easily handle 1440p/4k/tri180p.

What makes the Intel Xeon different from the i series? I would like to know for future reference.

Xeons and i5s/i7s are from the same silicon wafers, but Xeons are the exceptional turnouts from the manufacturing process. i5s and i7s are awesome for pretty much everything (anything from Internet browsing to gaming to photo/video editing), while Xeons are Intel-certified for 24/7 operation (for use in servers).

Because of this, Xeons typically either cost more than similar i5s/i7s or do not include an integrated GPU. In addition to this, you cannot overclock a Xeon because its multiplier is locked. You want to have the option of overclocking, so a Xeon is not your best bet.

NZXT Phantom 410 is a good case, but you can always find other cheaper cases that wouldn't look as cool, but would do the job. If you really care for the looks though, here are some other ones you might be interested at:

be quiet! Silent Base 800
Phanteks Enthoo Luxe
Cooler Master HAF 922

All these cases are windowed (except the be quiet! one), and this brings us to another point: the color scheme. You can either A) paint the parts yourself or B) buy parts based on the color scheme.
