WTFshadyI just saw everyone else adding an ODD and that's why I threw that there Yeah, sure, it would lower the cost by quite a bit and maybe let you upgrade to an R9 280X.

Thats the best i could do on ur budget but if you get more money in the future adding another 4 gig stick and an optical drive would be nice. They are not really needed (If you plan to use ultra settings getting another stick of 4 would be the way to go) but in the 21st century you can just download games off of steam or amazon so no really need for an optical drive! I have the case that is listed and it does come with fans pre-installed so no worry on that. With lights (cuz it is windowed) one of the fans does light up red so if you want to add lights go with red.
