Need PC Help!
So here are my current specs:
AMD Athlon X4 750K Processor
MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Motherboard
XFX Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition Graphics Card
4GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 RAM
500GB Western Digital Caviar Blue Hard Drive
NZXT Source 210 Case
430W Corsair CX430 Power Supply
My old PC has 8GB of RAM, but they're not the same kind of RAM... please somebody tell me if I could switch my current RAM for that RAM? (Not both in at the same time, more like a trade so to speak).

I have installed the other RAM, but I put it in the wrong slot, but it's all fixed now, thanks for the help!
What type of RAM does the Other PC Have? As long as it is DDR3 RAM your current computer will be able to use it.
Does that other PC still boot? You can get the RAM info from the BIOS screen.

If the other desktop's RAM is DDR3, it will work fine. Brand names don't matter.
But if you mismatch RAM sticks that run at different speeds (ie. 2 sticks DDR3 @ 1600MHz and 2 Sticks DDR3 @ 1866MHz,) they'll only run at the slower speed.

Well that's the thing, I have no idea what my other RAM speed is, but it ran decently on my other PC, so I suppose even if it is a bit lower it may not matter in the end.

They're both desktops, one of them uses Corsair Vengeance DDR3 RAM and I'm not sure what the other has.
