QuickTime Player has a screen recording thing. File> New Screen Recording. You can enable voice by pressing the upside down triangle.

I tried, and I am not really into it.
I tried on my desktop which usually gets 60. It lagged it down to like 20...
Thanks though, I'll look into it!

I have an Imac but these programs I tried and worked pretty well:
Quicktimeplayer (already installed) and
Camtasia studio

For quicktime, you might get some problems while uploading
For camtasia, you need to have a program that can turn the videos it records in to an upload able format

i recommend getting fraps, it costs money but it works well, and many of the "pros" use it for high quality gameplay

The Full Fraps Version can be Downloaded for free, and is quite easy to get.

Yeah, macs can be tricky to use...:/
Try getting bootcamp. Bootcamp can help you download PC programs. I use a mac too, I feel your pain. http://www.apple.com/support/bootcamp/
