There's absolutely no point to using anything but the stock HSF with a CPU that can't be overclocked. The Z77 chipset is pointless since the CPU doesn't support overclocking. That much RAM is excessive.
What exactly is the story behind the LGA 1150 motherboard?
edit: You could also replace the the GTX 680 with a GTX 770, it outperforms the 680 while still being around $20 cheaper.
