The Kids Under 13 Is Being Banned On chat... But That is Not Possible! Kids Are very Inteligent in Everything!
Some suggestions:
1. Allow Kids Under 13 to Join in chat. (Please Do not Collect The Information Please.)
2. Allow Alternate/Cracked Profiles To Appear As profile Picture in Chat. (I dont do Piracy but I do want that.)

Children under the age of 13 (16 in EU) are usually not allowed to have accounts on websites such as Planet Minecraft due to COPPA and GDPR laws (see our privacy policy). Some kids are very intelligent as you mentioned, but we have to stay within the laws that are in place to avoid any legal actions being taken against the site.
Also, we do not support using cracked/hacked Minecraft accounts, as they are illegal.
