Adobe/Creative cloud HELP!

Sup guys! Im a graphic artist. But i want to download the Illustrator but when i click download it comes up with a email that i have to log into that, its my old email so i want to change from that to my new email. I have tried to change from Adobe website but still no, i cant nothing do... Help.
