In a universe where anti-social activity is WAY too high, Villains rule the unprotected parts of this place, they scare average people with the things they do, such as killing them with a smile on their face, or getting toys to betray their owners. Yet heroes stop these criminals in their tracks most of the time, yet the average person usually helps the hero against the villain.
You can make your own as long as it's not god-modded or anything like that, but you can choose the originals too. If you pick an original you only put their name and other info but we will check as we don't want lazy RPers.
