The rule is just; you can only chat, if you at least say one boop in the comment. For example:
"I am the pirate, no one can boop me!"
"You are my wonderful boop!"
"Death is coming, boopers!"
If you dont say boop at a word, you'll be eliminated. For example

You are going down! I shall revenge you!
If that happened, i'll say

ELIMINATED!!! You are ELIMINATED!!
You are ELIMINATED!!
