So, what happens if everyone that watches say, Giants baseball, that means they are "fags," or nerds, etc. People assume they can judge you on what TV show you watch? That's completely rediculous! If I were to tell you as a freshman i am starting on the varsity lacrosse team would you call me a fag? Probably not. But I am on the varsity team starting as a freshman, and now I tell you I watch MLP, suddenly I am considered a fag and a nerd? This isnt a fair conclusion. Thats like saying because I eat apples, I am an excellent pilot...

I'm actually just ignoring the trolls, just because they have nothing nice to say doesn't mean I have to reply to that comment. I just want to know the appeal of these shows and why people watch it. For example, I play minecraft because I can make anything I want from bacon to zebras. I'm not saying that anyone who watches it is gay or a nerd either, people like what they like.

Not at all, you watch what you like. I just don't understand why people like it, I don't watch sports or play video games based on them (because I'd actually rather play them in real life) but I know some people watch it because they think it's exciting and they get crazy seeing the other team win by a thread. But "My Little Pony"? I don't understand the appeal.

I thought Brony was just another meme on the internet that has some sort of reference to the show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. But apparently it's just guys (That are completely normal) that like the show and call themselves "brony" because they watch the show. Thanks for the explanations lol.

I'd believe it wasn't just a passing craze if everyone didn't appear to be getting too obsessed with it. I mean, changing your avatar and signature into My Little Pony havens? Seems a little overboard to just be a hobby. (And you can answer that you're special and like the show more than others, but stop and reflect that EVERY Brony basically has the same avatar and sig that you have)

Truth is, just because you like a show that was made for little girls doesn't make you weird. It's a fun and well made show that makes me happy when I watch it. Not a whole lot of things make me happy these days... So I'm not ashamed at all that a fun and innocent show like this does.
