I am trying to give a player a tool that can insta mine blocks in adventure mode, even bedrock. Can anyone help?

im pretty sure you have to use some technical bullshit to give it the tags to make it so it can break only specific blocks i dont remember how thought
it was like
/give player iron_pickaxe{canmine:block) and also {efficency:255} or something like that
