~How do I put my voice over a pre-recorded fraps video?
~What is the best way to keep quality high and run at a good fps whilst using fraps?
~What do I need besides good RAM, a good microphone, and fraps? (Programs mostly)
~What is the best program for editing videos?

- To put your voice over pre-recorded video, use Audacity, it's a good free audio editing program.
- I'm not sure about this one, i guess a good GPU?
- A good CPU because fraps uses the CPU to record.
- I would say that Sony Vegas pro is a great program because it's very easy to use and has lot of features.
