A budget of £250 is quite low. If you wan't a decent computer you're going to have to raise your budget higher.
A good computer is $500-600+ idk about euros though
that isnt euros, its pounds... and also, a good computer is more like $700-800...

i got a computer for 100 euros 3gb and gamebooster 3.0 with optifine and can run 70-130 fps
